光纤激光打标机为当今国际上激光标记设备，具有光束质量好，体积小、速度快、工作寿命长、安装灵活方便以及免维护等特点。光纤激光器是用掺镱双包层光纤作为激光介质，并被高功率多模激光二极管泵浦产生激光，采用光纤激光器输出激光，再通过计算机控制高速扫描振镜偏转改变激光束光路实现自动打标。
设备采用高精度光学扫描振镜，配合脉冲型激光器及光纤传导组合成振镜式焊接机。可对一些精细材料实现快速焊接，操作简单、性能稳定。
异型管光纤激光切割机。卡盘自我调整中心，根据型材规格自动调整夹紧力大小，保证薄管装夹无损。拐角快速响应，极大提高切割效率。高速全自动数控激光切管机，可对圆形管，矩形管、异型管等型材进行高速高质量激光切割。
由YAG固体激光器、激光电源、光学扫描系统、三维可调节工作台、工控机系统、制冷系统、激光指示系统，操作机柜等组成。在单点焊接时由于极大地减少了空程定位时间，生产效率比普通激光点焊工效提高4-10倍。该设备采用高精度光学扫描振镜，配合脉冲型激光器及光纤传导组合成振镜式焊接机。可对一些精细材料实现快速焊接，操作简单、性能稳定。
It consists of YAG solid-state laser, laser power supply, optical scanning system, three-dimensional adjustable worktable, industrial computer system, refrigeration system, laser indicator system, operating cabinet and so on. In single spot welding, the efficiency of production is 4-10 times higher than that of conventional laser spot welding due to greatly reducing the idle positioning time. The equipment adopts high precision optical scanning galvanometer, combined with pulse laser and optical fiber conduction to form galvanometer welding machine. It can realize fast welding for some fine materials with simple operation and stable performance.
